The things I’m finding clearing out my room. Say what you will, but these are the three greatest magazine covers in the history of the world.
The first is Minka Kelly’s Sexiest Woman Alive issue of Esquire, signed to me (LOTS OF LOVE), which, y’know, THE Lyla Garrity, SWOON, etc. I found out last week I’m two degrees away from her via TWO co-workers. And neither has hooked me up. Lame.
The second is the Golf Digest issue: “10 TIPS OBAMA CAN TAKE FROM TIGER.” It was printed on November 10, 2009. Two weeks later, on the 25th, the National Enquirer broke the infidelity scandal. Tiger hasn’t won any tour matches since. This one speaks for itself.
The third is just, I mean, look at it! Chris Bosh looks like such a tool, clearly beaming from getting to join the other two. LeBron looks like a robot, barely smiling. Only Dwyane looks like he belongs, the OG who made it all happen. I can’t fully explain or express my love of this. I just think it says everything.
