I’ve been seeing this everywhere for awhile, and it’s kind of starting to piss me off. I get the point, duh, but tax revenue and family income are in no way similar. No family would have chosen to reduce its income over the last ten years. No family in credit card debt has the ability to increase its income immediately as it sees necessary.
“I love it when complex things are simplified so that we can all understand.” Or rather, so that they’re misleading and stupid.
